A cache-clear or re-install from the app-store should resolve the issue. See below for Android &amp; iOS instructions:<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m very sorry for the issues. It was caused by an upgrade of the underlying storage plugin to the latest version, which had a bug that corrupted TopDecked data on the device and caused some users to be logged out. Steps to fix are below:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">IMPORTANT:<\/span> Before proceeding, make sure you see your decks on https:\/\/www.topdecked.com\/decks &#8212; If you don&#8217;t see them, make sure to share a copy of each deck to yourself via the Share button (top right of each decklist, or via the &#8230; more menu on the decks screen.) Just in case.<\/em><\/p>\n<p id=\"wpVGMeP\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"297\" height=\"97\" class=\"size-full wp-image-922  aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topdecked.me\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/img_5cdac9a229a11.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Android 9\/Pi+:<br \/>\n&#8212; Long press the TopDecked app icon, then press &#8220;App Info&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Other Android versions:<br \/>\n&#8212; Open the <strong>Settings<\/strong> of your phone.<br \/>\n&#8212; Tap the <strong>Storage<\/strong> heading to open its settings page. (If your phone runs\u00a0Android Oreo\u00a0or earlier, you&#8217;ll want to open the\u00a0<strong>App Manager\u00a0<\/strong>settings page.)<br \/>\n&#8212; Tap the\u00a0<strong>Other Apps<\/strong>\u00a0heading to see a list of your installed apps.<br \/>\n&#8212; Find the TopDecked and tap its listing\/row.<br \/>\n&#8212; Tap &#8220;<strong>Clear Storage<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>Clear Cache<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>iOS:<br \/>\n&#8212; Unfortunately you need to Delete the app entirely, then re-install it. There is not currently a way to clear app cache on iOS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Again. My sincere apologies for the issues with the latest update. We&#8217;re upset too, and are working with the creators of the storage plugin to make sure this never happens again in the future.<\/p>\n<p>~Lincoln<\/p>\n<p>PS.
